We have been supplying our pressure-resistant, flexible hoses for chemical use made of straight or corrugated POLYFLURON®-PTFE for more than 50 years. Only virginal paste-extruded POLYFLURON®-PTFE is used for the production of the core, it shows outstanding properties for the use in the most different applications. Many of our hoses are still being used even after 20 years of operation, due to our continuous attention to quality and the experience to select the most suitable hose for the corresponding application.

The hose with smooth POLYLURON®-PTFE core is available in different variations pressure ratings.

While type N is available without braiding, type A or type H should be chosen for high-pressure applications. All three types are available in normal white or antistatic black POLYLURON®-PTFE .
Armatures for smooth POLYFLURON®-PTFE hoses
The selection of the correct armature is determined by the application. In many cases, corrosion protection has to be guaranteed also up to and including the flare-face to protect the armature. For this reason, the hose core is pulled through the armature and flared over the flare-face.
The variety of the different available armatures and materials is complying with international standards. This allows the selection of the correct connection for almost every application. Our competent staff would appreciate to assist you.
Armatures are available in different types of stainless steel, galvanised steel or brass.
Naturally, our POLYFLURON®-PTFE complies with the relevant standards.
